Anthony Castoro (CEO) is an experienced founder and operator with a proven record of scaling technology ventures from concept to acquisition.
Prior to Simulation Theory, he co-founded Heatwave Interactive (sold to EA), HiDef Entertainment, and Protagonist Games, leading product, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. Anthony is also an accomplished Video Game Executive and Game Designer with leadership experience at Sony Online Entertainment, Electronic Arts, and MaxPlay.
Randy Culley (CTO) is a sought-after problem solver and technologist who specializes in high-performance graphics and compute. In 2013, he sold his proprietary technology to Technicolor, which became the MaxPlay Game Engine. He has held many senior roles including positions at Sony, Amazon, Disney, Electronic Arts, Technicolor, MaxPlay, and a Co-Chair of Game Technology position with SIGGRAPH.
With a career's worth of experience refining horizontal scaling solutions, he and our core team have been relentless in pushing the boundaries of compute optimization.
